Campaign US launches inaugural conference on all things AI

In partnership with sister brands PRWeek and MM+M, AI Deciphered is designed to answer marketers and communicators’ most pressing questions about this transformational technology.

Artificial intelligence is the hottest topic in marketing and communications. From content production to operational efficiencies, and from deepfakes to job displacement, AI has quickly worked its way into every marcomms conversation and workflow. 

But how much of the conversation is valid? Who truly knows what the future holds? Are AI tools going to make us more productive and creative, or are they here to disrupt the world? Most importantly, how can AI help me do my job better?

Join Haymarket Media’s three leading marketing communications brands — Campaign US, MM+M and PRWeek — at the most important AI gathering of the year for marketers. 

AI Deciphered: Discovering the Potential for Marketers and Communicators will take place on September 19, 2024, at the Convene space at 237 Park Avenue in New York City. The daylong conference is specifically designed to answer the multitude of questions marketers and communicators face as they figure out how to use this powerful new tool to their advantage. 

AI Deciphered will have a unique structure. The beginning and closing sessions are of interest to all marketing communications professionals regardless of their discipline, while three specific tracks — one for each of Haymarket’s three marcomms titles — will address topics of specific interest to those working in the advertising (Campaign), medical marketing (MM+M) and public relations (PRWeek) sectors.

The opening sessions include The Choice is Ours: AI is Going to Destroy Humanity or Save It, Anatomy of a Deepfake, and Artificial General Intelligence: When the Machines Do the Thinking.

Brand-specific topics include:

  • Campaign: Generative AI and a new Media Buying Paradigm; AI and Its Impact on Creative Roles
  • MM+M: Can AI Finally Speed Up the MLR Process?; Using AI to De-Bug Biases in Healthcare Data; and AI’s Promise for Clinical Trial Recruitment
  • PRWeek: The Newest PR Skill: How to Be a Proper Prompter; How AI is Super-Charging Comms Tech; and Generative AI’s Impact on the PR Function.

Attendees will be able to vote on topics using Haymarket’s new Session Selector tool, and a weekly newsletter including the best AI-related stories from Haymarket’s marcomms title will drop soon.
